I’m Zack Dinh, a geographer and woodworker.

I’ve assisted planning agencies find locations for thousands of affordable homes, discovered multiple sites for utility-scale solar, mapped agriculture activity across entire countries, and even found ways to make seafood more sustainable with satellites.

Through Superbloom Geographics I provide site mapping, geospatial analysis, and data management services to organizations working to improve our environment and communities.

My woodworking emphasizes traditional techniques, hand tools, natural materials and finishes. I celebrate history, design, and botany through woodworking and I have a particular fondness for wooden sailing vessels. I am available for custom commissions.
